I used Bobbi Brown Moisture Rich Foundation in Alabaster. I then set that with a powder as I wanted a matte base. The red eye shadow I used was Mac's pigment called Basic red, which is a lovely vibrant red as you can see by the photo. I used this to line bottom lash as well and winged it out at the corners.
The eyelashes I used were by Eyelure, they have strips of red in, which really helped to set off the look.
I used black eyeliner all the way around the eyes to help make them stand out.
